Being an international track sprinter, keeping on top of my body is vital. I have found Liz's massage extremely beneficial in keeping my body in shape to be able to train at a high level. It is also really good to have the massage and acupuncture combination available. Liz really cares for the individual and will dedicate her time to providing the best care and help for any injuries present as well. Would highly recommend!
I have been having on going problems with my lower back for nearly 2 years and seen multiple sports therapist to try and resolve the issue, non of which were able to do so. However, after a couple of great sessions with acupuncture and massage Liz was able to resolve the problem which has been preventing me from competing properly at an Elite level within Triathlon for the past 2 years. I honestly believe Liz provides one of the best sports therapy services I have ever experienced and would strongly recommend anyone struggling with an injury to give Liz a visit.
